These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trexo Finance("Trexo," "we," "us," or "our") website and related services in Nigeria, including applications for savings rounds and personal savings plans.

By using the website, applying for a round or plan, or accepting published plan terms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Who we are

Trexo Finance operates vetted rotational savings rounds and related personal savings tools. For questions about these Terms, contact hello@trexofinance.com.

Company registration, registered address, and any licence details will be published here once confirmed for launch.

2. What Trexo is and is not

Trexo helps members participate in vetted savings rounds: planned group contributions with scheduled payouts according to published round rules. Capital comes from member savings commitments, not from Trexo lending its own funds as a loan product.

Trexo is not:

• a bank deposit account or traditional savings account product
• a personal or business loan from Trexo
• an equity investment, crowdfunding offer, or securities product
• a guarantee that every application will be approved or every round will open

Nothing on the website is financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for deciding whether a round or plan fits your circumstances.

3. Eligibility

To use Trexo services you must:

• be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement
• provide accurate information and documents when applying
• meet any eligibility criteria published for the specific round or plan
• use the service only for lawful purposes

We may refuse, pause, or end access where eligibility, verification, or risk checks are not met.

4. Website use

You agree not to:

• misrepresent your identity, business, or financial position
• interfere with the website, security, or other users
• scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse Trexo systems except as allowed by law
• use the site to commit fraud or any illegal activity

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features without notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, or product updates.

5. Applications and admin review

Applying does not guarantee a place in a round. Authorised Trexo admins review applications and supporting documents (such as proof of funds or identity materials). We may request more information, approve, waitlist, or decline an application.

You confirm that documents and statements you submit are genuine and current. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for rejection or removal from a round, subject to that plan's published terms.

6. Plan and round terms

Each savings round or personal plan has its own published terms covering contribution amounts and schedule, slot selection, payout timing, fees, escrow (where required), missed-payment handling, exit or substitution rules, and other plan-specific conditions.

You must review and accept those plan terms before joining. If there is a conflict between these general Terms and a specific plan's published terms, the plan terms control for that round or plan.

Once a round has started, commitments are generally fixed as set out in the plan terms you accepted. Review them carefully before you commit.

7. Contributions, escrow, and payouts

Contributions, wallet use, escrow (where required), retries on missed payments, and payouts follow the schedule and rules in the applicable plan terms. Trexo may use payment partners to process transfers.

You are responsible for funding contributions on time and keeping payment details accurate. Late or missed payments may trigger the default or recovery steps described in that plan's terms.

8. Fees

Applicable fees and rates are shown before you commit and confirmed in the published terms for your round or plan. By joining, you authorise Trexo (and its payment partners) to collect those fees as described.

9. Savings Score and behavioural records

Trexo may maintain a Savings Score and related history based on your contribution behaviour and round participation. These signals may inform future applications or slot eligibility. How score data is used for a given round will be consistent with published product rules and our Privacy Policy.

10. Privacy

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the services, you acknowledge that policy.

11. Intellectual property

The Trexo name, logo, website design, and content are owned by Trexo or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written permission, except for ordinary personal use of the website.

12. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Trexo does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that every round will complete exactly as anticipated if members default, systems fail, or events outside our reasonable control occur.

Member outcomes depend on the plan terms, member performance, and admin decisions under those terms. Past round activity or illustrative examples on the website do not guarantee future results.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trexo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses (including lost profits or business opportunity) arising from your use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the services is limited to the fees you paid to Trexo for the relevant round or plan in the twelve (12) months before the claim, except where Nigerian law requires otherwise (including for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence).

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Trexo against reasonable losses, costs, and claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of plan terms, or your unlawful or fraudulent use of the services, except to the extent caused by Trexo's wilful misconduct.

15. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or applicable plan terms, fail verification, pose a fraud or security risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Provisions that by nature should survive (including fees owed, liability limits, and dispute terms) will survive termination.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Material changes may also be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where acceptance of new plan terms is separately required.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Courts in Nigeria have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
